Skill & Micro-Entrepreneurship

Skill & Micro-Entrepreneurship

Our "Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship" leg of work, directly aligns with the national vision of a Self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat). We believe that a thriving nation is built from the ground up, and our focus lies on empowering micro-enterprises, the backbone of the Indian economy.

We work alongside communities to design solutions for sustainable livelihoods, empowering them to build micro-businesses through mentorship and access to valuable resources. We equip these small businesses with the tools they need to flourish. We go beyond simple training, actively connecting them with essential resources, filed experts and welfare programs. This comprehensive approach fosters a fertile ground for micro-enterprises to thrive, ultimately contributing to a more self-reliant India.

The skill and micro-enterprise interventions we have successfully implemented include:

  1. AEMP (Agri Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program) across three blocks in Jharkhand with TRIF (Transform Rural India Foundation).
  2. Soil Health Testing Lab to Atal SHG in Parshurampur village, Surajpurdist, Chhattisgarh under ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation).
  3. Farmer Field Schools (FFS) in a cluster of five villages in Bishunpur block, Gumladist, Jharkhand.
  4. Janjatiya Kaushal Vikas Pariyojana for skill-based training to tribal communities in three districts of Chhattisgarh under NSDC (National Skill Development Council).
